Nav menu is missing

I have uploaded the "Shop" example site and some of the pictures are missing, as well as the entire nav menu for the site. I have tried everything I can think of from reinstalling the theme, to re-saving the header and menu options in the BeTheme options. I cannot get the nav bar to come back. It looks like it could be a positioning issue, but I can't find anything in the CSS either. For a bit, the admin bar disappeared as well. When I switch themes, everything seems to work fine. I have also deactivated and reactivated all of my plugins. 
Please advise, this is for a client who wants a flash sale site up next week. 


I will say though, this is the only problem I have ever had with BeTheme. Love the theme and appreciate you coming support.
