Picture in Menu?

Hi,

I would like to insert a small picture (Britisch Flag) in the right of the menu line - instead the word "English".

How is that possible?

Go to theme options>header&subheader>extras and change it there.

Thanks, but it's not what I mean:

The picture linked just to an english summery of the website as an normal sub-page. I want to use it instead the word "English" in the menu.

Any idea?
