Safari demo not displaying properly

Hello,

I have installed the Safari theme but am getting reports that it cannot be seen - sometimes white page, sometimes just the header as a semi opaque square in the middle on the page with nothing else when viewing on the latest version of Windows running Edge.

It also doesn't always display on Safari or Chrome - you have to reload the page to get it to display.

How can I fix this?

    Hi,
    It must be something to do with the server or plugins, what we recommend is to:
    - diable all plugins
    - remove any cache on server
    - reinstall the theme with the newest version ( best to do this with FTP, completly remove the theme folder)
    If this still does not help we would suggest to contact your hosting provider.

    I have tried all of the above to no avail.  

    If I contact my hosting provider - what exactly am I contacting them for - 'hello my theme isn't working'? I can't see that going down well... they will likely just tell me to contact the developers.

    Can you be a bit more specific please?

    Also discovered that it jitters terribly on IE 10 & 11.  It doesn't display images 80% of the time (doesn't display anything at all 75% of the time) on Edge 14 & 15 on Windows 10.

    Surely this is not just a plugin and hosting issue.

    If the website is sometimes not loading and you see it blank then they should see it on the logs and tell you what is the cause. Just ask them the same thing you asked us. We cannot be more specific, there could be a lot of possible causes to this problem. Most likely there is something wrong with the cache or plugins or htaccess. We do not know. Let us know what they said.
