Responsive not working

For some reason on this site it looks fine everywhere except on a mobile device- when it pulls up on a mobile device the home page and contact us pages have the words one word per line.
I have selected: responsive, decrease font, and zoom options to all be on

I updated word press

I can't seem to find where to fix this so that it will look better. Please help

Hi,

do you mean the page title?

This is because you have increased the font size in theme options without increasing the line-height.

Thank you, that fixed some, but not on the contact us page. On a mobile device it still shows "how can we help you?" and the phone number with one word per line.

This is beacuse you have set the padding on the wrap to 100px, and the text has no space on mobile view. Please delete the 100px padding on the wrap element.
Then it will look like this: [Links visible only for registered users]

ok so new problem...... I found it and removed the padding, and it looks great on a mobile, but on a computer it puts the top heading into the menu bar now.

Hi,
there is a way. Disable the padding on the wrap. Then do this:
1. Create a new section as the first element in the builder (at top)
2. Edit the section and set the desired padding, scroll down and set it to dissapear on mobile (the whole section will dissapear)
This way you have the padding on desktop and not on mobile.
