Hi, I´d like to have a certain Image in my Header. There´s no Problem uploading it, but it´s not shown, the header stays blank. Even formatting the image to the recommendes size didn´t change a thing. Can you help me?
thank you. The site ist http://narbentherapie.de/ but the domain is running on Siteground. I think you need the access-data. Where can I send those to (I don´t want to leave them here, because the text is visible for everybody). The link to image is https://db.tt/Um0tbCCVVn but it´s uploaded anyway. And yes, I´d like to have the Image behind the menu.
Okay, so what you need to do is: go to theme options>header&subheader>subheader and make sure that the subheader is active, there is also an option to enable/disable the subheader on single pages when editing them. Add a background image to the subheader and controll the height with the padding option. http://prntscr.com/fis1ne
This is not possile. You must be doing something wrong. Please check if the subheade is enabled in: 1. theme options>header&subheader>subheader 2. On a single page, when editing it. You also have to upload a subheader image
Those option are global. There is also an option to enable/disable the subheader on single pages when editing them. Just edit a page and set a subheader image, check if the page has the subheader active.

1. theme options>header&subheader>subheader
2. On a single page, when editing it.
You also have to upload a subheader image

There is also an option to enable/disable the subheader on single pages
when editing them.
Just edit a page and set a subheader image, check if the page has the subheader active.
I checked everything, and edited the frontpage as well as an other (sub)page. It does not change a thing. Please give me another Option.
Best regards
Nils
