white box beside featured image - how to remove?

Hi, there is a white box beside featured image of portfolio item - what is it for? Is it text field left blank? Thank you! (page not public, so I can`t post the link). Basically, I created new portfolio image without any template, and there is always a small empty box.

Do you mean the sharebox?
