How to put videos on "Call to Action" to Lightbox?

Hello, please, how to make videos placed on the Call to Action (http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shortcodes/content-elements#calltoaction) open in lightbox box? Call To Action put it opens or in the same window or take the link to Youtube.

One last question..I think.

The dentist theme, on the front page is a calltoaction_box in the middle 1/3 box. It has 2 images and text. I can't find where you change the photo image of the guy smiling, just the 0 image and text. Where do I find that?
