Sorry but in normal view, it won't be possible because you have 2 different sub-menus: for home and for kompetenzen menu items. Just try below css and you will see what is going to happen:
#Top_bar .menu > li ul { display: block !important; }
You can always select a custom menu, just edit the page and in the page options (under the muffin builder) there is a field to choose a custom menu. You can have a diffrent menu on each site. There is no other way than this. thanks

Sorry but after the page reloads the menus cannot be opened. You would have to write custom JS to do this.
