TAB background color like insurance

Hello,

I have installed the insurance demo on my local host, but when I am importing the home page to my live site the boxes and the color is not displaying.

And the line outline of the column.

I have inserted the code from the above example and also tried to add the TAB element, but no background color and outline is displaying as shown in the Insurance Theme..
