please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. They told you it is increased while max_input_vars is on 1000 (minimum default) and memory limit is on 64mb which is a joke. Tell them to increase it. input vars to 5000 and memory to 256mb.
Hi @MBCMediaUK, I am facing the exact same situation with Hostgator, how did you manage to resolve the issue? They want me to upgrade to VPS, but this is not possible.
