How do you make it so when you have an image and you click on it a video lightbox will pop up of a youtube video?

the angel rewards video recap image right below the slider. I want to pull up as a youtube video. The used the class: prettyphoto but some reason it only has the loading gif and thats it.

I was using the image box in the builder, Set an image, used the youtube link (

) as the link, and in the Custom | Classes I had: prettyphoto

Not sure why that's not working. I tried mimicking one of the other templates you created but it is not working.
