i do not see the "update" button

hello there, i have a little problem, when i go to the backend page of my home i don't see the default "update" button
on the top of the page, but only when i scroll down.
furthermore when i update the page it gives me error.
Can someone give me support please?

Hi,

if you don't see "Update" button for page, it means that you did not closed muffin builder item that you currently edit. All items in builder must be saved/closed and only then update button appear.

the items seem fine, but in one item it show me something unusual, here the pic below

Looks like you did something wrong inside item because you got weird characters behind column. This shouldn't be there.

anyway even if i delete the item, it take too long to save the page.
and the "update" button don't appear

So all we can recommend is theme and wordpress re-installation on fresh database because this problem is not related with theme at all. There must be something else wrong. Also please do not install any extra plugins because this could be also the reason.
