Font showing up different on mobile Device

I updated font on my slider from the cosmetics theme and on the desktop everything looks perfect on all three sliders on the page. When I look at it on my phone, the top slider and bottom slider header fonts are tiny when supposed to be large like on the middle slider. How do I fix that?

the  home screen, has three sliders. if you go there you will see. i can't get the screenshots to show up correctly in these discussions.
