Layout issues loading site

Hi!

I am experiencing layout problems while loadind the site i'm building, and cant
figure out why. Have to say that is my first time building a site, so it may be
a begginer problem or something that i did wrong.

The logo apears 4 times, the top menu dont show up, the slider pictures apear
one above the other, and the sidebar appears below the main content.

Just to add, the issues are random; sometimes it loads normal, sometimes it loads wrong, using the same computer and browser
