Hello:

I am trying to add a shortcode, which I have used more than 20 times on the same page, but in doing so now, I duplicate and replace the contents, I keep the changes but when revisiting this disappears the Constructor and of course, it is not published in the Web.

Do you know why this happens?

sorry but I have no idea what you are talking about. Please explain in more detail. What is a constructor?

Here attached two images about the problem.

1.- I duplicated a module // http://thermal.cl/contenidoweb/1.png
2.- I have three modules, but when I do click in Update, the new modules disappears // http://thermal.cl/contenidoweb/2.png

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. Then send it privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact
