There is only one page that can be the main shop page. If you want to create a diffrent one, you can use shortcodes or builder items, but you will be limited in some areas.

Yes, to have a video just make a section and then edit it. You will find all the option there.
Remember that section background videos do not work on mobile, you will have to use revolution slider to do this.
