purchase code not working

Dear Support Team,

I just bought Betheme from Envato Market. I installed wordpress on my server and installed the theme. Now its asks me to put my purchase code to register the theme. But if I put my purchase code from my e-mail into the box I get the error message:

"Could not verify purchase code" like in the picture:

Any ideas what I did wrong? I just copied the code... i looked for tipos, spaces or whatever...I did it like 15 times. What can be the error?
