Loss of responsiveness and no ability to Update the content after Update

Hey Guys,

after the Update of the Theme and of Wordpress, the Website changed it fonts and colors. On top, the theme was no longer responsive. 
I installed a pre-build theme and till then the site itself was responsive again, but now I have them Be-Theme Logo and stuff inside my Website and can't change it. After clicking on "update" in the builder, it starts downloading a file called:"options.php" but it is 0 kb and the frontend won't refresh..

what can I do now?

    Hi,
    this is probably caused by cache, it could be just the browser cache or any cache plugin. The problem may be also in the servers cache. Please make sure there is no cache enabled and install the theme again.

    Hey Guys,

    thanks for your answer. 

    There is no cash plugin activated / installed. I deactivated all of the bundle plugins and after that it is possible to "update changes". So far... but now... once again a loss of "responsiveness" even when I load the page on the smartphone. 


    You can try it yourself. I never had any problems till the update, and all of the sites I built for clients have the same problem.

    Your website is not responsive because you have enabled the not-responsive in theme options>responsive>general
