Sticky header scrolling issue

Hello,

I noticed that in the homepage of my website (http://www.gelatitaly.com) when I scroll down there is an empty space between the sticky header and the top of the page.

The only customization I did was inserting those two css codes in the custom layout:

#Top_bar { top: 20px !important; }

#Sticky_header{ top: 20px !important; }

Could you help me to remove this empty space?

this is because of below css:

#Top_bar { top: 20px !important; }

please remove it and sticky will be fine.

Hello,

the css code was provided by you in order to remove the extra space of the disabled action bar still present even in the transparent header layout (http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/1463/header-layout-issue#latest).

Can you suggest me a css code to move up the sticky menu of 20 px in order to eliminate the empty space in the scrolling?

Please remove code above, because we did it in Firebug tool and nothing has been changed except sticky header (so exactly what you ask for).
