How to get rid of demo text, top left corner of BeTheme

This is my 2nd Betheme purchase, but I can't remember how to change the demo text (below) from the top, left corner.  It is on every page.  I'd like to change the phone and email rather than remove altogether.  Your help is appreciated ...
