  Thank you! I read through it, and it all makes sense. Great description. Is it possible to make it look exactly like the one you have in your theme? www.lolboost.dk the one on the frontpage there. Also where do I upload the file that they have to download?

  All media should be kept inside Media section which is included into each wp by default. If you mean the button on slider, then we are not sure. It depends how you did this button. Because if it's theme's button shortcode then should be possible.

  I'm trying to install a "Download-Button" on my site, so that the users can directly download a PDF, for example. I've done everything like the description tells me, but when I use the button, I only get a html-file and not the PDF.

  probably because you are filling it wrong, please put the full URL into the link="" and the name of the downloaded file into download=""
