Installed Updated theme broke my website

I Purchased and installed a new betheme on the domain NLQP.com and now multiple issues have happened.

I need help getting the logo and the main menu to display again. I have no clue how installing the new theme broke these items but i need to fix it ASAP.

This error is caused by cache, either a plugin or server side cache.
