Problem with shortcode and Muffin Builder

Background info: I am trying to use the AnsPress plugin to create a forum where people can ask and answer questions. In order to use this plugin, I need to insert [anspress] where I want the forum to appear.

Problem: When using the Muffin Builder, if I enter [anspress] in the page in the area I want it to be, because it's wrapped around the divs created by Muffin Builder, the plugin looks super weird: [Links visible only for registered users] (URL [Links visible only for registered users]).... It's supposed to look like this: [Links visible only for registered users] (URL [Links visible only for registered users]). On the latter, I have entered [anspress] in a clean page, without the elements created by Muffin Builder.
