Getting "Cart is Empty Error"

Hello,

When I add a product to the cart, it gives an error - "Cart is empty".

Sometimes clearing the Woocommerce cache resolves the issue temporarily but issues keeps coming again and again.

What is the issue?

This problem first started after we updated betheme to 20.2 version.

Now this issue "Your cart is currently empty" keeps recurring.

Hi,

please go to your theme folder via FTP and remove it completly, then install the theme again. You can do the same with the plugin.

Followed the procedure mentioned by you but the problem stills exists to be the same.

Problem started after updating Betheme Version 20.2.

You guys removed this - woocommerce/cart/cart-empty.php ** in Version 20.2, could this have caused the issue?

Betheme needs to come with a permanent solution to this issue.

There seems to be compatibility issue with new Betheme versions and the latest WooCommerce version.

We are not even able to add additional items into the cart - when sometimes one product is added to the cart, second product doesn't get added to the cart.

Try to disable all plugins as well.

I have followed all those methods, removing cache, cookies, etc. Disabling plugins one by one. But nothing helps.

I just added a product to the card and even got to checkout so it works fine.

As I said earlier sometimes it works for a brief time when I clear the cookies/cache in WooCommerce. Then after couple of hours it stops working again.

For your tests please try below two tests as well:

- Increase the quantity of the products and click Update Cart - 9 out of 10 times this won't work.
-Also, add a third product to the car and see that doesn't add up to the cart.

Please change the theme to the default (twentysixteen) and see if it happens there.

Switched to the default theme, disabled all plugins except WooCommerce. Everything works fine. But when I switch to Betheme it stops working.
