  If you disable all plugins, are you able to install/update them?

  I am having the same issues with 20.0. I have disabled all other plugins (only ones installed were other BeTheme required ones). This is a fresh install. By initial glance, it appears that it may be a problem at the muffin group api server. This error occurs with all premium bundled plugins and with the BeTheme update as well.
