Changing the bottom margin of the image gallery content element

I have several column and image gallery content elements. For the column content element I have the option to change to bottom margin to 0 px however I don't have this option for the two image galleries. There is a big space at the bottom of both galleries which I like to have reduced to 0px. Is there anyway for me to to this?

I managed to solve the issue by adding the following in the custom css field. Is this OK or do I need to improve it?

.column_image_gallery {

margin-bottom: 0px !important;

}
