Hi,

I do not get any updates to the theme, is this normal? In addition in the last update there was no plugins directory.

Usually (until June 25th) with the versions of the theme I had updates plugins and especially visua composer included in the purchase of the theme Be. So I missed it.

Still to not understand. Where is the problem? You can update plugins from betheme>install plugins. Please first disabel all plugins when you update.

The problem is: that I have not received an update since May 25th.
So the theme and plugins are not up to date. When I go into the download area of my profile I always have an old version. I hope I have been clearer.

Hi,

I did an update to the site with the file that is in my download area, as you requested. I always have the information that the plugin visual composer is not up to date. From version 20.0 you can update the theme from the dashboard of your wordpress, in the betheme tab. Just register the licnese and you can update the theme, install newest plugins and import pre-built websites with sliders. We are not including rev-sliders and plugin updates in the theme package.
