by desktop I don't see the menu with every browser, but I see it correctly by smartphone
By desktop I see correctly the menu JUST if I have been logged in wordpress. If I logged out I can't see it.
Can you help me to understand if there are problems, please?

this is a cache problem, either a plugin or server-side cache. Before you update the theme please make surte all cache is disabled.
