Deregister theme does not work

I register theme on a test server in cloudways, for some reason it was deleted and the theme was not deregister, we restore the site and when try to deregister send me this message "Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contect us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page.", can you deregister the theme?

    It's impossible to login, the recapcha does'nt work, just repeat "Looks like these are not your correct details. Please try again." once and once again, can I send the information  by other way?

    Sorry but this is the only way to contact us, please try on another browser. Everybody is contacting us this way so there must be something wrong with the login details.

    Thanks, I tried in a Chrome on MacOS (on windows not work) and it's work, I sent the request to deregister the theme
