Blog Teaser Post No Featured Video

I would like to add video blog teaser post, but videos are not showing up as the featured images.

is the post type set to video?
Also in theme options>blog you have to set the post image to default: http://prntscr.com/fyj2yy

Yes, the post format is video. The post image had set to default, but still no featured video.

Have you inserted the youtube or vimeo ID to the page options?

Yes, I do it. The featured video can be showed on blog but blog teaser.
