Do you have a solution to integrate text under the logo (to put a phone number) so that it appear on smartphone all the time as the header.

what do you mean exactly? You can have phone numbers in the action bar only.

I wanted to integrate a number between the logo and the menu so that it is clickable on smartphone or down bar action bar as the logo that descends on smartphone

That appears on smartphone and that is necessarily in text so that on smartphone the users can press directly on it.

No, you only have the header styles avaliable in theme options>header&subheader>header. You can also have a action baro above the header and that is it.

Or activate the bar action so that it goes down like the logo on mobile?

The logo only resturns to the main page, you would need to customize theme files in order to make any changes.
What do you mean activate action bar ? It cannot be scrolled.
