woocommerce deosnt show image on single product page

Hi there ,

Woocommerce does not show the product image on a single product page on my website.

I have updated the woo files
checked for css / conflicts

regenerated thumbnails etc

Nothing helps

I suspect it`s something with Betheme

Could you please take a look?

Hello,

To fix this:

1. Download the newest version of betheme from themeforest

2. Remove the theme completly from your FTP and install a fresh theme

3. Install and update woocommerce to the newest version

Please remeber to make a backup before you take any actions. Update will not help, you need to remove the theme manually.

I discovered that
If i change :
class="woocommerce-product-gallery__image flex-active-slide" style="width: 440px;float: left;display: block;position: relative;overflow: hidden;"

to

float: none or float: right

it works
but I can`t find the absolute path to this line of code!

from hebrew to english
everythings is ok
This means
it`s either in the woocomerce RTL files
or your theme woocommerce files

Yes, now you have updated. Did you also follow my steps to disable all plugins and check if it helps?

Also did you remove the theme from your FTP account and installed it ?

It will not work since you probably updated it from version 17.8 which contain outdated files.

But eventually what solved it is this code:

So again.

I'm using Betheme with woocommerce and the product page (the single product page) doesn't show the product image.

The problem occurs ONLY IN R-T-L MODE so when I switch the language from Heb to Eng the images appear again.

I'm very frustrated because I did every single tweak that you have recommended.

You need to watch for woo files over-written with older versions

Look in WooCommerce – Status – and then under System Status – Templates

Does it advise you there that files in your betheme/woocommerce folder are over-written by older versions?

If so, copy the current WooCommerce files to replace the older files
