Icon crush with specific language

Hi

I made a website with Betheme 3 months ago.
Recently it suddenly has problems with icon displace in the English version.

All icon was crushed. But when I turn it into Chinese version it becomes normal again.

The url: http://www.wellingtonlegal.com.hk/news/  (U can check the filter area and the back to top button and it displaces weird thing.)

I have no clue to deal with it now.  

Do anyone know whats going on ??
