Static testimonials slider for mobile

Hi,

Is there a way to use auto testimonials slider for desktop and static slider for mobile devices?

I'm using max height for desktop, so that the section doesn't move up and down. But when I add the code to custom CSS of the page for mobile - it breaks responsive visibility feature and unhides all the sections that have to be hidden on mobile.
