I'm trying to add the purchase code for your theme, but get this error

WP_Error Object ( [errors] => Array ( [http_request_failed] => Array ( [0] => cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds ) ) [error_data] => Array ( ) )

I've contacted the hosting company this was their response

I've just checked the firewall blocked IP and also Bruteforce attack list, and the IP 149.202.6.209 which is the ip of imageapi.muffingroup.com is not in the list. 


I even purchased a new purchase code and tried this


Can you please provide assistance on what we should do
