Action Bar Height

Is there a way to control the HEIGHT of the Action bar. I am looking to decrease the current height. Thank you!

ı use semi transparent header but when use custom css code. ı don't change action bar height.

ı use this codes

#Top_bar {

background-color:rgba(255,255,255,0.7) !important;}

#Top_bar {

box-shadow:none !important;

}

#Action_bar{background-color:#17ccdd}

#Top_bar.is-sticky{background-color:#000000}

#Action_bar{height:50px !important;}

but ı cant do it
