Is there a Muffin Item for comments?

I want to allow readers to include comments to a blog post

I am using Muffin Builder but I do not find the Comment item. Is there one? or should I do it any other way outside Muffin Builder?

No sorry, there is no item for comments, we use the default wordpress commenting function.

Sorry for the question, but where can I find it to add it at the end of a post?

You need to enable disscussion in settings>disscusion and when editing a post page, there will be an option in the page options. If you do not see it then please go to screen options (top right corner) and enable the disscussion checkbox.
