Logo gets resized much smaller if you scroll down, then back up to the top again (intermittently)

I have found a weird glitch that affects my main logo at the top-left of the pages.

When you first load a page, it is fine -- displayed at the size it should be displayed at.

The when you scroll down, then back up again, the logo is now about half as small (see screenshot links below).

Try for yourself on my site -- it doesn't happen all the time, so you may need to click a few pages (I have had it happen on all of the pages on the site before).
