Revolution slider and template blank page

I found that I can not run a slide built with Revolution slider on the blank page template. Can you help me?

Just place the sliders shortcode in the wordpress editor or the muffin builer and it will display.

I put the reference slide on the muffin. Works with all templates but not with blank page.

Because the blank page is not using a header. Please use the shortcode that is generated by RS and paste it into the content.
