Product Images display not correctly, and Visual composure not working with Woocommerce

Hi

I just installed the theme be Shoes demo data after installing Woocommerce plugin
There is 2 issues i founded after installation

1. The Product Images display not correctly as the theme Demo
Please see : [Links visible only for registered users]

The First product photo (Top photo) doesn't align on full width layout as the demo on Betheme website,
and It doesn't show the full image on the top one when I click on the thumbnail.
Did i do set up something wrong?

2. Visual composure not working with Woocommerce

When I try to edit the content on products layout,
Seems like there is only code of it appear on the editor.
I didn't see any Visual composure tools appear on the Product editor as I saw it on the Post and Page Editor

What should I can do to solve the problems?

Hi,
This is normal, please go to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>shop and select your layout.
Go to VC settings and enable VC for products.

I can figured it out with the issue no.2 already
but there is some problem about displaying feature images on issue no.1

I hv a question about theme option
I changed an option on single product options like this

This makes the layout seem similar to the demo
but the slider effect still not be working.

May be should I install the additional plugin?
What is the plugin that the option mention about?

This options any other plugin you want to install that controlls this feature. We do not know which you want to install.

I managed to complete first step.

As refer to the 2nd instruction - Go to VC settings and enable VC for products.

I can't change the layout to "My Template" at all even though it's shown in the dropdown list?
