Can't get the slides the same size as the demo

I intalled the Spa theme and the demo content. I am using the exact same images for the slider in the middle part of the home page, but it is not sizing up and being flush with the box next to it. 

This first image is the slider on the Bespa sales page.

This is my website where the slideshow and image are not flushed.

I've tried several things along with expanding the image, but it seems to stay the same size. I was hoping someone could help me with this issue. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks and have a great day.
