Hide author from blog-meta

Hi!

How can I hide author and categories info from blog-meta? I still want to keep date showing up...

Hi,
Please update your theme to the newest version, then go to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>blog and remove those details in the post-meta option.

If you did not make any changes to the theme files directly then you have nothing to worry about.

We always advise to make a backup.

Do i loose the layout I've designed?

What theme files means, custom CSS?

Custom css is not in theme files unless you have edited the style.css file. If you pasted it into theme options>css then it will be fine. The layout will be overwritten.
