Hi,
not sure what exactly you want to fix but you can try to use
W3 Total Cache plugin
to decrease it's time. But please bear in mind, that sometimes it is not possible to cache files because it may destroy its operation.

4 hours is time that user browser will cache that element...i d like increase time of favicon and png
your default theme goes well in gtmetrix

Sorry but this is not possible, the favicon has a couple of kilobytes in size, this has to be something with tour hosting, this is not a theme issue.
