Hello,

1. I want to reduce the size of the call to action background, I tried some settings but it didn't work. Please see the below image:

1. You can change the size of the button in the option, please read more here:

2. You cannot display names when hover on a gallery item.
3. Use this css

.wpcf7 label span input {
	padding:5px !important;
}
.wpcf7 label span textarea {
	height:100px !important;
}

Hello,

On homepage and gallery page the image thumbnail looks blur but, when you open the image it looks perfect.

How can I resolve blur image issue?

Sorry there is no option for that, you will have to check yourself, usually you get answered from 12-24h after you post.

Please edit the gallery item and set the image size to larger then thumbnail,

You are showing me the column options, not the gallery options. If you are using the muffin builer gallery item then edit this item, not the column.

Please update the theme to the newest version and use the gallery item forun our builer. Now you are using the default wordpress gallery shortcode.

This is a bug, caused by the newest version of wordpress.
Please update the theme to the newest version and see the changelog, there is an information to place the text-widget shortcodes in a [raw] .... [/raw]

What do you mean by contact form in popup? Do you want the popup form in footer area?
Go to theme options>footer and set the popup shortcode
