Google mobile friendly test

Hi i have recently bought the licence of the be theme template (which i am using inwww.ciatq.com.ar) and i have found some bugs. Mainly the page doesn´t pass the google mobile friendly test

The errors are mainly two:
-Clickable elements too close together
-Content wider than screen

I would like to solve this because in the serp snippet of google the page is detected as not mobile firendly and that doesn´t helps in order to place a SEM campaign (it takes the costs higher and the results poorer)

Can you help me with this? is there any modification we can do in order to solve this issue?

Shouldnt the template be responsive ?

The theme is fully responsive, please check any of our demo pages. What the user puts on the page or how he modifies the content is not supported. Any plugin could also cause this.
