Best Solution For Full Page Slide Up Feature

Hi, I love using Btheme and was considering using it to develop a site for my music. What I want is a full page front (photo) with a small arrow in center that when i click on it (at middle and base of the photo) the photo rises up and the menu appears at the top of the page.

While landing at full page front photo- the menu can sit under this photo and arrow. What is the best demo solution or way I can achieve this affect? It seems pretty simple, wasn't sure if rev slider was the way to go or a theme demo might be good. please advise. Thank you

Almost like BeDigital except with little dot like on betheme splash page that make the photo rise up then menu moves to top

Or to have an arrow in the middle at center bottom of rev slider- that lifts up the slide and presents the website with menu on top. When I build it in muffin builder with a photo I have the arrow in center that slides up- but then the menu is at top. thanks for any help you may provide or css- I appreciate.
