Theme Overrides AWeber Form - Makes Dropdown Arrow Disappear

Hi,

We have an issue with AWeber form. We called their tech support, and they told us the theme overrides their form and prevents the dropdown arrow from showing. 

Here's a link to the website, the form is on the bottom. The field we're having issues with is What Best Describes Your Situation?*.
