How can I add a little description text under my menus titles ?
As on this website : http://www.polynesienne-des-eaux.pf/
L'entreprise > Présentation : Profils, engagement chiffres ...
Do i need to install a plugin ?

Hello,

yes you can add descriptions to the menu items, it is a default wordpress option you can find in appaerance>menus
