Multiple theme registrations?

I'm not able to update the theme on a website that I moved from one server to another. I'm guessing that this is why, however the old version is not live. How can I refresh(?) the theme registration so that I can get the updates that I need on this theme? The number of purchases I've made of this theme match the websites that use them.
