How to vertically align text in a column

I am trying to vertically align and increase text on the below page of my website, my code doesn't seem to change anything.

Can you please help?

Hi,
you can edit the wrap and set the vertical align to middle. Have you tried that??

That's exactly what I did...but it doesn't change

Sorry but there is no vertical alingment set for the wraps, you have only set the horizontal align to center.
